Isabelle Spingola scored a game-high 24 points and Marquette outscored Georgetown 42-17 in the second and fourth quarters to clinch its fifth BIG EAST win of the season. Down three after the first quarter, the host Golden Eagles doubled up the Hoyas 24-12 in the second frame to take a nine-point lead into the break. After each squad scored 18 in the third, Marquette held Georgetown to just five fourth-quarter points to pull away.
