Remember when people said the Villanova Wildcats were going to fall off a little with the losses of Josh Hart, Kris Jenkins, and Darryl Reynolds?
Well, they haven't shown it yet this season.
Just one game removed from setting a school record with 13 blocks in their blowout win against Nicholls, it was the offense that took the attention. The Wildcats made 11 of their first 13 shots along with nine of their first 11 3-pointers to demolish Lafayette, 104-57. A 56-point first half and five players in double figures helped Villanova cruise to a 3-0 start to the season for the eleventh year in a row.
