Providence Friars guard Kris Dunn received some more good news on Thursday as Sports Illustrated as named him to their All-America team.
Dunn joins Ben Simmons, Perry Ellis, Grayson Allen, and Malcolm Brogdon on the second team, creating quite a talented crop of players. The first time is highlighted by the likes of Buddy Hield, Denzel Valentine, Brice Johnson, Jakob Poeltl and Tyler Ulis.
Villanova's Josh Hart meanwhile found himself on the honorable mentions list, joining Kay Felder, Yogi Ferrell, Jarrod Uthoff, and Georges Niang among others.
It is a little surprising perhaps to see the likes of Ben Bentil, who arguably outperformed Dunn at times this season, not even make the honorable mentions list.
