Judge sets Maurice Watson Jr.’s bond at $750,000, preliminary hearing set for March 27

The sexual assault case involving Maurice Watson Jr. took its first step in court on Monday.

A judge declared that Watson, who is charged with first-degree sexual assault, would be levied a bond of $750,000. To be bailed out of jail before the trial is set to begin, Watson would need 10 percent ($75,000) of that $750K bond. This news was reported by Brian Mastre of WOWT in Omaha:
