NEW YORK – Georgetown sophomore Drew Carbone and junior Cristina Barrett claim this week’s BIG EAST swimming and diving Athlete of the Week honors. The Hoyas competed at Towson last weekend, where the men fell against the Tigers and the women lost to Towson and James Madison. Seton Hall men and women defeated Montclair State on the road. The men won by a margin of 134-66, while the women were victorious 141-96. Xavier traveled to Akron for the Akron Invite which also featured Cincinnati, Cleveland State, Denison and Miami (Ohio). All except Akron had a men’s team participate.
