The Georgetown Hoyas (1-1) will look to get back on track Sunday as they host Bob Huggins and the West Virginia Mountaineers on Sunday.
Georgetown lost to Navy in their last time out, a frustrating 78-71 defeat for a Hoyas team that never seemed to get it in gear.
Things don’t get much easier Sunday, as West Virginia is what they have been under Bob Huggins forever: A defensive force with solid pieces on offense. Their lone loss of the season came to #1 Gonzaga Wednesday evening. Center Derek Culver has looked like perhaps the nation’s best big man so far this season, recording double-doubles in two of the four games, and hauling in fourteen or more rebounds in three of the four.
