The Georgetown Hoyas (10-3) defeated intracity foe Howard (6-8), 102-67, on Saturday afternoon at the Capital One Arena. Jessie Govan and Josh LeBlanc posted their fourth and third double-doubles of the season, respectively, with the former notching 23 points and 10 rebounds and the latter recording 22 points and 11 rebounds. Jahvan Blair and Kaleb Johnson rounded out Georgetown’s double-digit scorers with 15 and 11 points, respectively. RJ Cole and CJ Williams combined to score 52 points on 19-of-48 field goals.
Georgetown was without regular starters Mac McClung (sprained ankle) and Trey Mourning (concussion protocol).
