Darrun Hilliard, who has spent three seasons with the Detroit Pistons, was acquired by the Houston Rockets in a trade on Wednesday afternoon, and will likely be sent to the LA Clippers. The acquisition was part of the blockbuster Chris Paul trade that went down early Wednesday.
The former ‘Nova star averaged 3.6 points and 1.0 rebound per game in two years at the NBA level with the Pistons. He had also spent time in their D-League affiliate, the Grand Rapids Drive.
As you can see, Hilliard wasn’t the only former Big East star in the deal.
