The All-NBA teams were announced Thursday afternoon, and a familiar face to the Big East made an appearance on the All-NBA Third Team: former Villanova Wildcat and current Toronto Raptor guard Kyle Lowry.
Lowry, who played for Jay Wright at Villanova from 2004-06, averaged a career high 21.2 points this season, along with 6.4 assists per game (12th in the NBA), and 2.4 steals per game (fourth in the NBA).
Lowry's Raptors are currently facing a 3-2 deficit in the Eastern Conference Finals to the Cleveland Cavaliers. Game six will be played Friday night in Cleveland.
