The Marquette Golden Eagles have landed a high-quality transfer.
Darryl Morsell, the former guard for the Maryland Terrapins, is on his way to Milwaukee. Morsell announced his intentions to transfer to Marquette on his Twitter account Monday:
Morsell was a four-star recruit and commit for Maryland back in 2017. He, at the time, ranked 74th overall in the class, fifth amongst combo guards, and third in the state of Maryland. He since carved out a very rock-solid career in College Park. He has averaged 8.7 points and 4.0 rebounds per game while shooting 45 percent from the field.
