The Chicago Bulls star and former Golden Eagle has landed on the All-Defensive second team for the third straight year.
The 2015-16 NBA All-Defensive teams have been announced, and a former Marquette Golden Eagles star is one of ten players to be voted as one of the best defenders in the league.
Chicago Bulls forward Jimmy Butler, who excelled at MU from 2008-2010, was named as a second team All-Defensive player for the third straight year. Butler joins Paul Millsap (Atlanta Hawks), Paul George (Indiana Pacers), Hassan Whiteside (Miami Heat), and Tony Allen (Memphis Grizzlies) on the second team as Butler walked away with 26 second team votes and 18 first team votes.
