2019 point guard Tyger Campbell, a five-star player, has committed to DePaul!
Yup, you read that right.
Campbell, who currently attends La Lumiere School in La Porte, Indiana will be reclassifying to the Class of 2018 as the aforementioned tweet by Scout.com’s Evan Daniels states. Thus, the DePaul Blue Demons will have themselves an uber-talented floor general stepping onto the floor for them next fall.
This is a bit of a big maneuver for DePaul as Tyger Campbell is their first five-star player in a decade. Power forward Mac Koshwal, a Chicago native, was the last blue-chipper for the Blue Demons back in 2007 and the only other one since 247Sports began keeping record back in the year 2000.
