ROSEMONT, Ill. – Second-seeded DePaul exploded for a four-run seventh inning to defeat top-seeded St. John’s 8-3 to win the 2017 BIG EAST Softball Championship presented by Jeep. The Blue Demons were led by the hot bat of Dylan Christensen, whose .600 clip over two postseason games sparked her to Most Outstanding Player honors.
