Creighton freshman outfielder Alan Roden was dominant in the Bluejays’ two games with Butler on Saturday, hitting .714 (5-for-7) with two home runs, five RBI, five runs scored, two walks and two stolen bases. He posted 1.571 slugging percentage and a .778 on-base percentage. In Creighton’s 11-10 victory in the first game of the doubleheader, Roden went 2-for-3 scoring twice and knocking in three runs. In game two, Creighton won 8-2, and Roden went 3-for-4 scoring twice again and sending in four.
