Mike Antico, St. John’s, Jr., OF (Colts Neck, N.J.)
St. John’s junior outfielder Mike Antico hit .500 (7-for-14) for the week with included a 2-1 series win over Villanova and a non-league win over Fairleigh Dickinson. In the series against the Wildcats, Antico batted .600 (6-for-10) with three runs, eight RBI, a double and three home runs. After going down 0-1 to Villanova in the series, Antico had the best offensive performance by a St. John’s player in nearly a decade as he went 4-for-4 and hit all four of his extra-base hits.
