After their gigantic win over Villanova, the Xavier Musketeers came out against Seton Hall in their next game and completely laid an egg in that game. Although they only lost by nine, Xavier were blown out by Seton Hall and it wasn't a close game until it's dying moments. It was a very poor showing from a team that a week earlier, beat the #1 team in the country. The loss snapped their four game winning streak and dropped Xavier to 25-4 overall with a 13-4 conference record as they remained 2nd in the BIG EAST standings.
