For the first time since March 13’s Big East Tournament quarterfinal where they completed one half before the game was called off, the Creighton Bluejays return to action Sunday as they host the North Dakota State Bison.
Creighton was set to get their season started earlier in the week in the Bad Boy Mowers Crossover Classic, but multiple positive COVID tests caused the Bluejays to shut things down. Creighton got the all-clear and were able to add this game a few days ago, and now we’re here.
Big East Preseason Player of the Year Marcus Zegarowski will look to continue to build upon a solid career thus far as the departure of Ty-Shon Alexander to the NBA means Creighton is firmly Zegarowski’s team now.
