2017 wing guard Christian David debuted in US prep basketball in the Fall of 2016 and it didn’t take long for the Canadian import to impress high major coaches across the country. Upon arrival at Vermont Academy, David held offers from Illinois, Baylor, Oregon, St. Bonaventure and Providence. Before the 2015-16 even began, David picked up more offers from Old Dominion, Creighton, DePaul, Duquesne and Texas Tech. More offers would come his way from the likes of Florida, Seton Hall, Virginia Tech, Miami, Pittsburgh and Butler. Some of these offers even came in after he suffered a torn ACL in the NEPSAC AA Championship game, an injury that has kept him out of Spring and Summer grassroots basketball.
