Bullock, Young lead Providence past St. Francis Brooklyn

Providence remained undefeated at home this season Monday night as they took down the Terriers of St. Francis Brooklyn by a score of 64-48.

The Friars were lead by Rodney Bullock as he posted his first double-double of the season (19 points, 12 rebounds) and Kalif Young’s 18 points. Young started his first game of the season in place of Emmitt Holt, who didn’t see the floor due to a minor hamstring injury. With big shoes to fill, Young was able to step up and post the first double-digit scoring performance of his freshman campaign. The Friars will need him to continue producing even when Holt returns to the starting lineup.
