NEW YORK – Heading into the final night of the regular season, five of the six slots of the BIG EAST Women’s Soccer Championship, presented by Jeep, were spoken for but no seeds were solidified as first-round hosts and a bye were still up for grabs. In dramatic fashion, RV/- Marquette topped DePaul in overtime, 3-2, to snag the No. 1 seed and share the regular-season crown with the Blue Demons, as both squads finished with matching 7-2 BIG EAST records.
