Opening Weekend Round-Up
Five of six BIG EAST women’s lacrosse teams lifted the lid on their 2020 campaigns this weekend, combining for a 3-2 record. The BIG EAST’s ranked squads – No. 19/19 Georgetown and No. 10/10 Denver – picked up home wins to open the season, as did 2019 BIG EAST Championship qualifier Villanova.
