NEW YORK – The field for the BIG EAST Women’s Lacrosse Championship, presented by the Jeep Brand, was solidified on Saturday as Georgetown and Temple clinched the final two spots in the league tournament. Set for Georgetown’s Cooper Field May 5 and 7, the first semifinal on Thursday will pit regular-season champion and top-seeded Florida against fourth-seeded and host Georgetown at 4:30 p.m. (ET), followed by No. 2 seed Connecticut and third-seeded Temple in the second semifinal, slated for 7 p.
