NEW YORK – League action kicks off Tuesday night for BIG EAST volleyball with five teams in action and two conference matches. St. John’s travels to Georgetown for a 6 p.m. match up, while Seton Hall is at Villanova at 7 p.m. Providence will host Bryant in a midweek non-conference match.
St. John’s is currently tied with Villanova for third in the standings after both posting 9-4 non-conference records to date. Seton hall is in eighth with a 6-7 record and Georgetown is 4-9 in last. Of the group of four, just Villanova made the league championship last season.
