Connecticut sophomore outfielder Kyler Fedko had an impressive week at bat for the Huskies as they battled the No. 9/7 Texas Tech Red Raiders in a four-game series. Fedko batted 11-for-19 (.579) in the series with five runs scored, six RBI, four doubles, a walk and a stolen base. His slugging for the series was .789 and he had a .600 on-base percentage. In the outfield, he committed no errors and put out 10. Connecticut lost the series, but, three of the four games were by two runs or less.
