BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week
Lewis Suddick, Butler, So., M/F (Newcastle upon Tyne, England)
Butler sophomore Lewis Suddick earns his second offensive player of the week honor after a four-point week which helped the Bulldogs lock up the 2017 BIG EAST Regular Season title. Butler outscored its opponents, 4-1, last week, with both matches on the road. Suddick played a role in three of the four goals. He scored the game-winner at Seton Hall Wednesday night, which was his fifth goal of the season and his fourth game-winner. Suddick assisted on both of Butler’s goals at Marquette Saturday night, serving up a free kick that Joe Moulden headed in and finding Brandon Guhl up the right side for the team’s second goal 40 seconds later.
