Marquette junior will be considered for a spot on the Coaches All-America team
ATLANTA, Ga. – Marquette University women’s basketball junior guard Allazia Blockton has been selected as a 2018 Women’s Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-Region 4 honoree for the second consecutive year, the WBCA announced this afternoon.
With the accolade, Blockton is now one of 52 candidates for 10 spots on the 2018 WBCA Division I Coaches All-America team. The roster will be announced Thursday, March 29 during the WBCA Convention in Columbus, Ohio as part of the NCAA Women’s Final Four.
