There’s a lot of down time in the NCAA basketball season. From April all the way to the fall, there isn’t much basketball going on. This time offers players a chance to work on their game in the offseason, get in better shape, and for transfers/freshman to get acquainted to a new university. There’s also opportunities to play on international teams and represent your country. That was exactly the case for two DePaul players in Eli Cain and Flynn Cameron.
Cameron got a chance to play for his home country of New Zealand in the U18 FIBA Asian Championship which takes place from August 5th to 11th.
