The 2020-21 All-Big East First team got revealed on Sunday.
Six players, including the 2020-21 Big East Player of the Year, were recognized for their efforts this season. Five teams — Creighton, St. John’s, Seton Hall, UConn, and Villanova — represent the distinguished group selected.
The Wildcats picked up two selections in Collin Gillespie and Jeremiah Robinson-Earl. JRE and Gillespie led ‘Nova in scoring as they averaged 15.2 and 14.0 points per game. Robinson-Earl was a breakout star, while Gillespie had yet another strong season.
Creighton’s selection was none other than Marcus Zegarowski.
