The Marquette Golden Eagles got a jolt of great news on a slow Sunday afternoon, as 2018 four-star forward Joey Hauser tweeted he was committing to the school.
Happy to announce that I have decided to commit to Marquette University! I can't wait to be a golden eagle! u303dufe0f pic.twitter.com/bMrFWIgj1u

Hauser, from Stevens Point, Wisconsin, is currently #49 on ESPN’s Top 100 for 2018. His brother, Sam, plays for Marquette, as well.
It was widely believed it would either be the Golden Eagles or the Wisconsin Badgers for the younger Hauser.
