The Marquette Golden Eagles have landed a talented player for their Class of 2017.
Ike Eke, a three-star power forward via Rivals, committed to Marquette on Sunday afternoon. The news was broken by the ever-reliable Evan Daniels of Scout.com and in turn gives Steve Wojciechowski his first player in the 2017 class.
Eke is a Michigan product by way of the country of Nigeria. Currently, Eke attends the University of Detroit Jesuit High School and Academy and plays on the AAU circuit with The Family.
The addition of Eke gives Wojo some more depth down low, which will be a position of need after Luke Fischer graduates.
