David Sills first got famous for being a seventh-grade USC quarterback commit. He made his college debut Saturday as a West Virginia wide receiver.

The Mountaineers put the true freshman to use against Baylor as an outside receiver after he impressed the coaching staff on scout team. He scored a 35-yard touchdown and added a 29-yard catch in his first real snaps at his new position. Why burn his redshirt midway through the season?
