Shedeur Sanders isn't too torn up that he wasn't named a finalist for the Heisman Trophy.
The Colorado star quarterback said on his podcast, 2Legendary with Sheduer Sanders, that he has all the validation he needs and said he'll be more than happy if his teammate, Travis Hunter, takes home the award.
"I'm not really tripping on it. Honestly, I don't need other validation to know who I am," Sanders said (2:45 mark). "So I don't really care. As long as they give at least one of us the respect we deserve, that's all that matters to me.
