Texas' loquacious defensive coordinator Vance Bedford was asked yesterday about some recent Charlie Strong comments that got people talking.
While speaking to UT faculty last week, Strong bragged about the Longhorns' recruiting efforts with this line: "You think about what we’re doing right now, what’s going to happen when we really get it turned? They might as well move out of the way, because we are going to steamroll everyone."
When a reporter asked Kliff Kingsbury about that "steamroll" line, Texas Tech's head coach smiled and replied: "He said that? It's not April Fools' yet, is it?
