The Bears got the Big 12 bowl season started with a bang, overwhelming No. 10 North Carolina, 49-38, with dominating running game in the Russell Athletic Bowl despite playing without its top two quarterbacks and several other stars on offense. TCU stole the show on the final day of the bowl season with a thrilling 47-41 comeback win over Oregon in three overtimes -- a game that included everything from wardrobe changes to heroic quarterback play from Bram Kohlhausen -- in the Valero Alamo Bowl.
