West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen called Wendell Smallwood his team’s best offensive player, and that’s certainly not a stretch. Smallwood is the Big 12’s No. 2 rusher with 589 yards and five touchdowns and has surpassed 100 rushing yards in three straight games.
