During his second NFL season in 2013, Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon started off red hot. He caught 29 passes for 415 yards and a touchdown. He's been suspended ever since for failing multiple drug tests. Now Jags general manager Dave Caldwell "doubts" the former fifth-overall pick "will ever play again". If he does play again, the Jags have made it pretty clear that it won't be in Jacksonville.
FANTASY ANALYSIS
Blackmon is so talented, it's a shame he could never really get it together off the field. If he was active right now, he could start on almost any team in the league, assuming he was in shape.
