Signing day is behind us. The grades are in. We’re on to projecting the impact of these recruits for 2017. This week, we’ll look at one player for each conference school who has the potential to make a difference right away.

We start this series with the Baylor Bears.

Instant impact recruit: WR R.J. Sneed

Technically, graduate-transfer quarterback Anu Solomon counts as part of this class. He’s on campus and will compete in spring practice with Zach Smith for the starting job. Solomon, a former starter at Arizona, stands a better chance to greatly impact the Bears in 2017 than any other newcomer.
