We regraded the Big 12 recruiting classes of 2012 on Wednesday. Now let’s take a closer look at how the ESPN 150 stars who signed with Big 12 programs that year panned out.

No. 2: Johnathan Gray, RB, Texas -- After a nice freshman debut, the former five-star was on his way to a 1,000-yard sophomore season before a torn Achilles nine games in provided a big setback. He ran into more bad luck this month, suffering another torn Achilles during draft prep.
