Baker Mayfield, quick start spark Oklahoma to a dominant win at Kansas State

Oklahoma dominated Kansas State, 55-0, at Bill Snyder Family Stadium on Saturday. It was a terrific rebound game for the Sooners following their 24-17 loss to Texas last Saturday. Bob Stoops has now won 35 straight regular season games after a regular season loss. It was Kansas State's first shutout loss since 1996 (Colorado) and the first at home since 1991 (Colorado).

Player of the game: Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield was exceptional. He was 18 of 21 for 235 yards and five touchdowns in the first half as Oklahoma cruised to a 35-0 halftime lead. The Sooners quarterback’s elusive nature helps overcome his team’s offensive line struggles and his ability to turn bad plays into good plays makes Oklahoma a team that puts fear in any opponent.
