While no Big 12 school has been able to overtake the top-seeded Kansas Jayhawks (28-3, 16-2) during the regular season since 2004, that has not been the case recently when it comes to the conference tournament.
Regardless, the Jayhawks still enter the Big 12 tournament at the Sprint Center in Kansas City as strong +145 betting favorites (wager $100 to win $145) to win it for the second year in a row at sportsbooks monitored by OddsShark.
But before Kansas took home last year’s tournament title, the fourth-seeded Iowa State Cyclones (20-10, 12-6) had won it in consecutive seasons.
