ARLINGTON -- As Baylor football continues to re-solidify its reputation for churning out some of the best receivers in the Big 12 Conference, Josh Fleeks may be next in line to stand tall.
The former Cedar Hill High School standout isn’t any stranger to collegiate experience after appearing in 12 games as a true freshman for the Bears last fall. But head coach Matt Rhule and teammates are optimistic that 2019 will be year Fleeks -- once the No. 11 recruit in SportsDayHS’ area rankings -- takes his game to the next level in Waco.
“He’s just a dynamic, dynamic player,” Rhule said.
