In less than a month, Baylor Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics Mack Rhoades was able to hire the program’s next soccer head coach. It takes a bold person to step in and take over a program led by the school’s all-time leader in wins, a man who was involved with the team since 2008. While former head coach Paul Jobson’s decision to step down shocked Baylor nation, life went on and the search for a new leader ensued. Rhoades and company wasted no time and found the right person with the hire of Michelle Lenard, former coach at Dallas Baptist University, an NCAA Division II program.
