No. 2 Baylor knocked off Alcorn State 105-76 earlier today. The Bears battle Iowa State at noon on Saturday in Ames. That one airs on ESPN+.

Here are three takeaways:

1) The Bears can mix lineups- Baylor ended the half with Mark Vital and four guards. The Fival hasn’t played as much with the emergence of Jonathan Tchamwa Tchatchoua, but I asked Drew about it. He said, “We’ve used Mark at the five before. We wanted to make sure we gave that another look, and with injuries and COVID, everyone has to be able to play multiple positions.
