Three reasons why the Baylor Bears could be much improved in 2019

After a 1-11 campaign in 2017, Baylor overachieved in Matt Rhule's second season as head coach. Baylor finished the season 7-6 and capped it off by beating Vanderbilt in the Texas Bowl. With a young core intact, the arrow appears to be pointing upward for the Bears.

Here are three reasons why Baylor could be better in 2019:

Influx of more young talent

The Bears already have some solid talent on the offensive end and now have some talented underclassmen who will get their shot in 2019. At the top of that list is electric running back Craig "Sqwirl" Williams.
