Give Ken Starr this much: He's right when he says the school needs to tell us what it knows.

Baylor is cleaning house, as it should, but it's hard to know just how far it should go based on the conclusions in the Pepper Hamilton report. The findings are short on specifics, at least publicly, and while that may be intended to protect the victims, it also casts a shadow over both the guilty and innocent.
