With Temple opting to hire Florida defensive coordinator Geoff Collins as its new head coach, the Owls' defensive coordinator Phil Snow will be following Matt Rhule to Waco to serve as Baylor's DC, according to multiple reports.
The news was first reported by The Philadelphia Inquirer.
Snow has coached all over the place in his 40-year career, with stops in Boise State, California, Arizona State, UCLA, Washington and Eastern Michigan before going to Temple. He also spent four years in the NFL with the Detroit Lions.
