Former Sachse standout and 2016 Baylor recruit Devin Duvernay is free to sign elsewhere after being told by the National Letter of Intent program that his NLI paperwork was never submitted by the school, his family told ESPN on Thursday.

According to ESPN's report, Duvernay did not have a valid NLI.
