To use new coach Matt Rhule's words, next season will be a "youth movement" for Baylor on offense.
The Bears will have to replace quarterback Seth Russell and running back Shock Linwood in addition to their two leading receivers from last season.
Although Linwood was the leading rusher in program history, the team's offensive strength appears to be its running backs. Terence Williams and JaMycal Hasty combined to rush for over 1,600 yards, and Rhule emphasized that the team will lean on them next year.
At receiver, the Bears return Chris Platt and Blake Lynch, who both saw significant playing time last year, catching a combined 69 passes.
