Wolken: Ken Starr sort of comes with a preloaded narrative based on the 1990s. I think history does not judge him in a very positive light for running that investigation and impeachment of Bill Clinton that frankly just didn't result in very much. I think history has shown Bill Clinton to be a much more popular figure than anyone who was running that operation.
