Question: Who do you think is most to blame for the scandal at Baylor?
Matt Mosley: I think there's plenty of blame to go around. I think a system that allows a dean of student life to conduct a rape investigation is a joke. My alma mater failed these victims on so many levels.
I think there have been steps taken to create a safer environment.
